Bodyweight Workout – Ladies Only
Join me daily for a 45 minute workout – do it in the privacy of your home! Five times a week, with a different type or workout on each day.
18h00 Sunday SWAT (bring a broom and chair, your trainers and a mat)
18h00 Tuesday Toughness (need trainers and a mat)
18h00 Thursday Thigh and Butt Warmer (need trainers and a mat)
