Online Kettlebell Workshop

This is a free workshop for SBR followers and clients on how to use kettlebells safely and correctly.  A number of moves will be covered.

You will need your own kettlebell for this session and it will be held via Zoom.

Class start on Saturday, 23rd May and will last approximately 90 minutes.

Please wear appropriate gear for this session as parts of this video will be made public.

  • Gym gear (tshirt/vest/tights etc).  (No bra tops or midriff exposure will be accepted for this session.)
  • Training Shoes
  • Mat
  • Kettlebell (should be of a weight you can lift easily)
  • Small towel
  • Hydration
